Executive Chef

Executive Chef Tully Ulmer is from Norwalk Ohio where he spent time playing football and cooking family meals with his mother. After graduating from St. Paul’s in 2005 Tully attended BGSU where he began cooking professionally and was hooked, he soon transferred to the culinary arts program at Owens Community College to pursue his passion. Working high volume restaurants in the area eventually led him to be a key member of Ciao Bella’s opening team where his hard work, dedication to quality and guest satisfaction has earned him the Executive Chef position.  “I love to experiment in the kitchen” says Chef Tully, “Creating new and interesting flavors and just having fun with food is my goal.” Chef Tully’s passion and attention to the guest has made him invaluable to the Ciao Bella family.
