Pastry Chef Ashley has spent the better part of her adult life cultivating her passion for food and cooking. A self-taught chef, she grew up watching her mother and grandmother bake at the holidays and was always eager to help, so she started experimenting early on. Born and raised in Graytown, OH and a graduate of Oak Harbor High School, Ashley may be a familiar face to some of you.
“Maintaining quality is one of the most important things I have learned in this industry,” said Ashley. This philosophy has a clear presence in her approach to cooking every day. “Ashley’s devotion to quality cuisine makes her the perfect fit as the Pastry Chef for Ciao Bella,” says owner Mel Ayers.
